I agree with you regarding brezzes on all healers (at the very least, Guardian Spirit could be a brez and Holy would still be UP).
I don’t know about making Bloodlust into shaman identity though, honestly I just don’t care about it. It’s not interesting force multiplication, it’s just a button they give you and then adjust raid encounters on a spreadsheet based on the fact that you have that button.
