Should Remorseless Winter maybe be off the GCD, or rather have its CD reduced by haste?
Or both for total QoL?
I have never liked it, something clunky about it… Needs some shine other than +20% frostscythe IMO.
Cryogenic chamber is changing to (as I understand it) press remorseless winter when you pop pillar of frost, which would be a nice QoL change. But yes, I agree something unsatisfying about pressing it, particularly now when you need to press that + DnD to start getting your spells off.

They removed dnd cleave.
Remorseless winter causing scythe to deal more damage is the new cleaving strikes.
Ah yeh I see, Frozen Dominion (formerly Cryogenic Chamber) REPLACES Remorseless Winter. So that makes it off the GCD and “pre-macro’d” even as well. Nice. Very nice.
