Been having a great time in Remix so far. Well done putting it together and improving upon MoP Remix.
What other remix expansions would people like to see? For me I would love a Wotlk one with new Argent rewards.

Maybe WoD frist then shadowlands, I think we all need more time away from Shadowlands to fully recover.

They will probably skip WoD, as they’ve already done, so far. Anything before MoP is low res items and mounts, so I doubt they’ll do those. Next up is probably BfA in the final patch of Midnight.
“Classic” Remix. Everything Vanilla → Wrath remastered to high res.

I could see maybe the Tier 3/Naxx sets being redone like they did for T2, but other than that, there is no way they spend all that dev time on ALL the tier sets/iconic items from Vanilla to Wrath.

not at all, i enjoyed actually liked SL. revendreth was amazing. the problem was the systems and grinding, but the zones are cool

Oh yes that would be fun too!
Smaller game modes that don’t run for months. A vanilla like naxxramas experience or the gates of ahn’qiraj without wasting our time leveling yet again.
I have to get my mind back on leveling. I enjoyed vanilla and long world explorations, but feel we have outgrown it in retail. Which makes the super fast leveling in mop or lemix stand out as a time sink. Plundrrstorm is better. Instead cut straight to the event, with our characters or level balanced rented characters.
I’m going to partially agree with you Rhys…..replaying the story lines in each zone and leveling up to 80 was fun….Legion was a great xpac imo.
But gaining power now and trying to reach ilvl 740…..absolute SLOG and not fun. Raids are a zergfest….hardest part is keeping up with the raid. Oh by the way, you get to do this everyday or fall behind…..normal, heroic, mythic…..repeat on next raid. Just shoot me…..
I’m genuinely not trying to troll here, but I’m curious what exactly people find fun about it. I started a character and got him up to level 36 so far, and I’ve kinda lost interest already. It’s mostly the same quests that I did before (multiple times), and the one dungeon I ran so far was a complete zergfest (round up as much trash as possible, AoE it down, then 2-shot the boss). Does the level-up expernience change at some point and maybe I just haven’t invested enough time yet?

You will find your fun in super high M+ keys, or soloing middle ones.

I made one character during MoP remix and played for like 30 mins then quit. So I haven’t so much as made a Legion remix toon.
I don’t get the appeal either. If I wanted to go one shot everything in Legion I can do that on live without needing a ton of dev time/resources wasted on reviving and recycling dead content.
We already have enough of that going on in retail in order to portray an illusion of accelerated content delivery.
I’m dragging myself through it and hate it, personally. But I want the Chosen Dead sets, because they shouldn’t have been removed in the first place.
I want BC. And I want the black and red coloration of the Lohn’goron bow.
The Shattered Sun Marksman carries it.

I would agree with you, were it not for heroic world tier. I don’t know if it will solve the issues with levelling in the Live game, and the obnoxious parts of Chrome time and Zoridormi nonsense… but it is a good step.
You’re exactly right about playing this mode to smash through it, the only difference between one shoting in live and Remix is the run speed. It’s pretty funny to watch people feel like this is unique or different. Some are even haughty/snotty about it, lawl.
But I can go smash through it in Retail.

I’m kind of on the fence about Remix atm.
Yeah, it’s a great way to introduce a bunch of cosmetics and let players go bonkers with power but with the timegating it’s really putting a damper on my enjoyment. I have bought everything that’s available currently, and have enough bronze to buy everything that unlocks with Legionfall in a week and a half. There’s really no point to continue playing it until I can login, buy the new stuff, do the few new achievements, then wait another 2 weeks and do it again with Argus.
The raids aren’t fun, you just run through and the bosses die in 5 seconds. Keys are not fun, because you either overpower them and everything falls over, or you just get 1 shot and can’t do anything about it.
I hope if they do another Remix they don’t timegate the cosmetics, because that’s really all they did… 740 is the ilvl cap for the event, and your power is infinite.
I haven’t even bothered to level more than 1 character in Lemix, despite wanting to get all the achievements like I did for Remop. It’s just running through instances as things fall over and looting them. There’s really no gameplay at all….
Edit: The next one should be Shadowlands or BfA, tho. If I had to pick, Shadowlands.
