Making another bug report so you understand this isn’t a one-off problem.
My Havoc demon hunter, like others who’ve reported, cannot collect his soul shards off the ground and thus doesn’t benefit from them and their healing.
This is affecting game play, group play and I will likely make end game unplayable.
Please help!
Update as of 10/10/'25 After briefly regaining the ability to collect soul fragments, my DH once again does not collect them and cannot self heal.
Hey Give a try with removing any trinket, ring or neck with “Brewing Storm” ? I think I read something yesterday but can’t find it again. It is one of those artifact abilities that messes with picking your soul shards up

As of the rolling restarts they had at the end of the week, I’ve been able to pick up the shards. Looks like they got it all worked out, but I may try testing what you said to see if that’s an ongoing issue that needs more following up on.
