I’ve never really understood why anyone would want the MT back just to get the Artifact Skins, or why others still hold them as sacred given what they did with the Druid Guardian form.
Really, you’d be better off just asking for a recolour via the Trading Post as Blizzard could simply put the word ‘Replica’ in the title and give it a more prominent, or more washed out, appearance.
just ignore this guy, bro called mage tower not belong in legion. no point of arguing with. Meanwhile ignoring the fact that mage tower appearance is a part of Legion expansion. The whole purpose of Remix is to get people hands on those previous items and something new along with it. Like Pandaria, we got the shiny yellow Cloud Serpent, a recolor of the original star Cloud Serpent

and on the other side of this are the players annoyed that all the other limited time stuff is coming back except for the 1 thing that has been consistently asked for.
The aotc mount is back (despite mops aotc mount not returning)
The mythic trial of valor appearances are coming back
Both of these required more effort to get than mage tower appearances, and therefor have more prestige, but because players didn’t specifically ask for them we got them instead of the thing we asked for. This is the devs being actively hostile to the community so I don’t give a rats if they’re annoyed by it because they deserve every single complaint they get on the matter. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

True and True, if anyone would like to claim these specific achievement isn’t prestigious enough, they are paid by blizzard.

Hey Kaivax, does the dev team know that those who unlocked the mage tower appearance for a specific spec shows up as locked for a different character as the same class and spec?
Example: I have 2 monks, the one that unlocked the MT appearance for Brewmaster and WW doesn’t show up for my second monk, just has them as locked. Any word with this being fixed before Legion remix or if at all?
lets get some remixed, challenging MT going on so the employed with over 30 hours per week, over 40k a year crowd has a chance to play some fun stuff. they can do retints on the appearances.

I made a bunch of vengeance DH alts during Collectors bounty to farm the mythic jailer mount.
I think I made like 20 of them or so, all of them had access to transmog both the vengeance and havoc mage tower weapons.
Good thing you can farm Elite PVP weapons this patch before they are removed. Please do so, I don’t want to see you crying again in the future. 
Any update on making the mage tower ones available to anyone who didn’t hold the quest until Shadowlands dropped? Because despite the post about having to do it while current, the quests were clearly not purged.
To be fair this seasons weapon enchant is probably one of the best. Definitely worth the grind to 1950, I’m highly considering it.
Considering the mountain of cosmetics and recolors and what not that are going to be in legion remix I am loathe to believe anyone saying they’re going to refuse to play because of one or two specific weapon skins being unavailable. If they care that bloody much about a couple weapon skins they aren’t going to pass on all that other stuff. 
Yeah I dislike purple sets, but last season Warrior Elite with 2x 2h swords with Arcane illusion looks BOMB! And I really dislike purple sets unless its on priests.

It’s high time that there’s another chance to earn the OG werebear and sparklecat appearances, and the mage tower artifact challenge appearances in general. It’s been about eight years since Legion ended and the Mage Tower closed, which is plenty of time for the players who did the content to enjoy the exclusivity of it (…or, for the more insecure players to lord that exclusivity over others who didn’t).
I have the werebear and sparklecat appearances. I want them to come back. I want more people to have them, especially those who started their WoW journey after Legion ended.

I learned during the Felcycle Secret Hunt that Josh-directed content = very bad content.
If you’re so self-loathing as to participate in Legion Remix, do so after all the timegates drop (2 months after debut).
Put Josh on overwatch or something, let him ruin it instead.
So in the remix of the expac where artifacts are the entire gimmick, there’s nothing artifact related that someone can’t just go over to retail and get faster. K.

kind of. I wish we got recolors of every artifact weapon. like a fel neon bear or a blue ashbringer but hey thats effort tinting like 200 weapons
I mean, I wish society still worked that way. Unfortunately this is cancel culture. So the only reason they’re shouting right now is because they’re shouting somebody else down because they don’t agree with them.
