There are so many cool items in game that people just don’t wear simply because they are over used. If there was a tabard with 
on it in retail nobody would give a crap about it. If it was removed in CATA everybody would want ti simply because its exclusive. Those people refuse to belive that, yet they/we are living example. That’s just how things work. Give crowd something they will accept and forget about it. Restrict them and they will drool all over it.
