I’m personally not going to grind it out myself, but the underworkings are interesting. What about decreasing browser zoom and hitting Page Down? Doesn’t look like that .json link has anything to help you figure out how long it has to be on the screen or how many you’ve read (just time read)

The two tactics people use for it is either holding the down arrow to scroll or to use the middle button and move the mouse down to get it scrolling at a reasonable pace.

To figure out how long it must remain on the screen, every new post with have a blue dot on it in the upper right corner of the post. It needs to fade to count as read. So the post needs to be on screen for about a half second or so for it to trigger the fade of said blue dot.

Just load a couple of the larger 4K post topics. Then scroll down with your mouse wheel while watching an episode of your favorite show on Netflix. You’ll hit 20K posts in no time. Just look at my activity summary.

I see the statistics now. Yeah that’s not so bad. Probably the whole visiting 50% of the past 100 days is the most difficult, but that’s where the homepage thing would come in.

Still would be iffy about posting meme pictures all the time, since somebodys going to get offended (even a lot of stuff on r/wow wouldn’t fly). Stuff like Gyazo screen caps would be useful though (can do that with youtube at L2)

How quaint. So because I got a suspension for self-moderating myself when I used symbols instead of a naughty word (omg the HORROR!) I’ll never get lv3?

Meanwhile, if you actually type a naughty word and let it put the symbols in automatically, that’s ok??

Or the myriad spoiler threads that discuss things against the Rules, those people are never touched.

Guess I’ll just have to focus on the fact I don’t even know what benefits come with lv3, they probably don’t affect how I interact with the forums anyway. At least I hope, since I’ll never be able to attain it now…
