That is ringing clarity procingā¦ assuming 3x judgment procād and they ALL crit. Thatās 1 GCD. Thatās how GCDās work
If ringing clarity procs its an extra gcd?
Does ringing clarity make it only hit the primary target? Am I misunderstanding the conduit? Or does it not make it hit 3 extra times on top of potentially hitting 3 times?
The only thing missing in your summation is a potential 10k auto force crit and a 2k Lawbringer.
And hey. 42-43k in a single global, seems really good.

Ringing clarity will hit up to 5 targets with judgment within range, but the extra āprocsā are applied to the main target instantly if they proc when the button is pressed.

It has a chance to hit the main target 3 times, while slinging a single judgement out at the other nearby targets.
Also, Rethum has said multiple times that retās design is awful and ringing clarity isnāt good for the game lol. I donāt think many rets with a brain would defend it honestly.
I just asked a question about ringing clarity, i didnāt read through 75 pages of rets defending a class that can aoe a 3 man party in 2 globals In cd. Nor did i accuse him of such.
Tooltip says 3 āextraā judgements. Poor tooltip imo.

It does do that in PvE, but itās nerfed in PvP to do 25% less damage and only allow ā2ā out of 3 procs to go off
Most rets are, but this is consistent with your point.

Yeahā¦ I come in here and explain what happened in a concise and easy to understand manner, and why thatās not happening every game. Instead of people realizing Iām not defending it and just educating people on that specific situation, all the ree reeās come in here and point fingers.

I purge bop all the time without getting one shot. 
Having multiple immunity CDs and a free 50% wall on a 45 second cd helps with that.

Even if he didnāt crit, thatās just dumb damage. Mage didnāt even pop combust or anything and they destroyed the whole team in mere seconds.
