It goes back to the TBC era with that number of buttons.
Honestly, I don’t mind — I played back then and had fun with it.
But I know it can bother a lot of people who are used to having a large number of buttons.
Worst part was that it wasn’t a large number either, but it was large enough for silly dps windows.
Hopefully that changes too now that raid add ons are going away.
We shall see… I’m not holding my breath though 
Only thing that is worse that shifting power was rune of power. I HATED rune of power

In a proper fight with minimal movement. Castinf rune of power then combustion was some explosive burst.
