You can get the mount of normal mode. Just spam normal. That is what I did in BFA while waiting for the rare drake that spawned nearby (that also gave a mount).
3 times a day on a dungeon you can run 10 times per hour is really low.
Not to mention it is a dungeon where you only need to do 2/3’s of it. After killing the drake boss, jump off the edge. You get sent back to the start and you can run out, reset and go back in.
