You shouldn’t be worrying about sockets nor conduits, and I haven’t heard anything about a new rep.

doubt conduits go up a rank, new sockets prob coming. Hopefully they aren’t dicks and they are available week1 from vault currency in which case its prob best to just get sockets first if you’re interested in being “finished” as fast as possible.
Also doubt there will be new legendary ranks and def wont be any rep.
