When I have an item that has no other postings on the ah, should I be listing it with the realms market value or regional market value?
Depends in some instances but people who consistently try and post things for regional value are deluded. Maybe try a slight mark up on the realm but the days of people transferring for mark up 24/7 are over for a lot of things.
I remember that back on vanilla the min markup was 3x vendor price, and if that didn’t sell, vendor. I see so much up on the AH for Vendor prices if not below because people don’t take into account the AH Fee and are so used to retail where prices are significantly higher than vendor that they can undercut by 30s and not even see a dent in the total sale price.
