Cant you let people vent without adding fuel to their fire? Jeez. People work hard on this game (timewise) I love how all the wanna be elitists come in here to be keyboard warriors knowing damn well if they were an hour and a half deep into BORGHAST they would be crying a river too. Grow up and just run the 14 and make it a 15? It counts towards your weekly 10 vault grind.

I don’t care about the vault, I’m doing it for the achievement. I’m requesting it be put back to what it was before the servers failed. I’m not asking for a free upgrade, free loot, or any sort of reimbursement for my time. I did not fail the key. There is no reason it should have downgraded.

When things like this happen, people come demanding “compensation” but not many at all come to ask if the blizzy employees are doing okay, thowe employees who suddenly have an issue on their hands. People being nuts on them doesn’t make their job any easier. They’re trying to provide us with a fun experience. Random things happen. Sometimes, its not the best thing that happens to us, like server malfunctions. But we can always choose to accept it with grace.

There’s no compensation being demanded. I didn’t fail the key, it shouldn’t be downgraded.

the system has no way to tell between a system crash or a failure blizz would probably have to roll back the entire game if im not mistaken to get your key back witch i doubt will happen
could try contact support after the games back up but dont hold your breath

I’m pretty sure people are demanding accountability not refunds. Some form of dialog would be nice besides some cut and pasted bs.
I was flying in between the city and bastion and fell for 5 min straight. I had to have two guildies go summon me. Kinda cringe

Last week we were on our last pull for the night and half the raid was randomly dced, and I’m pretty sure we weren’t the only ones.
It seems like the frequency has increased for random bad days.
