I used the guild order tab to use multiple characters to reforge blue weapon and shield with the enchanted harbinger crests and when I was swapping out weapons the next day i noticed the shield was gone… I checked item restoration, crafting table says complete (i did the craft with another toon), mailbox is empty… shield is gone no trace except im capped at crests and have 30 unaccounted for
