It all depends on what YOU want to do. I don’t do any raids, any mythics or pvp but I am exalted with unshackled and mechagon and i have all bodyguards to level 30. It just what I wanted to do. I have 4 essences, 2 at rank 3 and 2 at rank 4. I do the emissary for gear or ap only, i don’t need war resources when I already have 50k. It’s not mandatory to do all of those things. Like other said moderation.
