Reduce the cost of anima for transmog

There’s no reason that the cost of eatch transmog pice is avg 4000+ anima. let along all the sactum upgrade.

night fae transmog through the seed thing is 40k anima isnt it? i got 17k saved so far XD yea id say a reduction would be nice
