Said person is also a druid with only 2 posts, so I figured you were this same person repeating the same thread as bait. If that wasnât your intention, then yeah thatâs my bad, but you can see why I thought that Iâm sure.
It should be a discussion which would actually have some kind of chance of working, which this one doesnât. It would be much more reasonable to ask for an HD remaster of the set which isnât gender locked because they can make something new which would make sense and not possibly risk spaghetti coding.
Being direct with you in that a change will not happen one day before a holiday event ends for a decade old set is not an indication of my personal life, or anything of the sort. Reading into such is strange to be honest. Nor was I aggressive with you the first time. I am blunt and direct. Though people do often confuse those for being aggressive, which is also fine.

Shadina, that still doesnât give you any right to try to speak on behalf of Blizzard as if youâre the authority. You can say âitâs not likely because it hasnât changed up to this point and theyâre the same outfits theyâve always been.â But you canât say for certain a thing is a way when you donât work for Blizzard and have no authority to make that call. Additionally, this point of the community discussion forums is to voice opinions about things. Youâre free to yours but when you just immediately dismiss someone elseâs ideas because they donât line up with your own views is far more of a reflection of how small of a person you are than it is about the reality of the situation that Blizzard reads this and listens to the community and without voicing our opinions nothing would have ever changed or evolved in the game. If you really just like things to not change, go play WoW Classic, preferably by yourself because youâre a wet blanket.

Saying something wonât happen is not me saying that I am speaking for someone. I could also say âNo, pigs wonât fly.â Am I speaking on behalf of gravity? No. I am providing my opinion on a situation. You are reading too much into it, and Iâd ask that you not because it doesnât really make sense.

I didnât expect a change a day before the event ended. Sorry I offended you by not making a note and waiting an entire year to write the post. In the future, Iâll be sure to live my life by your standards because those are obviously the only ones that matter.
And I donât really have a problem with any other outfits in WoW that are gender locked. Itâs just the Santa suit. Therefore I donât entirely agree with that other person. So unless I have some alter ego and/or dissociative identity disorder Iâm not aware ofâŚitâs not me.
But just something to think about, because I can pretty much guarantee that you donât get positive responses back when you are âblunt and directââŚmaybe donât respond to things if youâre just going to tell people that essentially their opinions donât matter (in your opinion). Itâs not a constructive use of your time or anyone elseâs. And even though you think your opinion is law, other people would probably give the opinion that your actions are that of a troll since there is no way for anything constructive to come out of your responses. A request that Blizzard update their game, which they do regularly, to include a specific new feature is hardly comparable to asking a business to give away its product entirely for free.
Itâs analogies like that which are why you are coming across as abrasive and dismissive.
The OP is making a reasonable request. Itâs not one that I particularly care about, or one that I expect Blizzard to care a lot about, but theyâre free to request it, and thereâs no reason to try to shut them down. True, Blizzard ignores most requests, and you could reasonably come in here and point that out, but plenty of people keep asking anyway.
