This is a lie. I’ve been part of this server since 2017 and this isn’t true. Please provide a screenshot. There is only one channel and sellers are vetted and approved by the admin team.

Well I hope Shadowlands will revive it some. WoW will just be on a decline in general though. It’s a reallly old game now. Haha.

Be careful with their admins! Not only are they toxic, but they get very upset when you don’t type exactly what they want, to the point they will kick you! Just do what everyone else does and lurk instead of interacting with the toxic discord admins!

Hiiii, toxic moderator here! I did kick them because they were mocking our moderators and not following the rules. No shame here! We just ask that folks follow our posting guidelines and follow the rules, thats not too much to ask! We are all volunteers, and take what we do seriously so folks have a place to find whatever community they are looking for! Come check us out!

The admins are actually amazing. They set up the system because it’s superior to any other recruitment site you can find; they work with the big websites so that feedback can be exchanged and OMG when you don’t follow the format and they just post a message in the one channel with what you need to do to fix it and you FIX it, everything is great.

I used the site for years. Got 90% of my recruits from their channels and I’m still friends with the mods / admins today.

If you had a bad experience, consider that your own behavior might have driven it. They have to manage 1000s of people. You only had to be polite to a few.

Second this! Wonderful recruitment discord with very helpful mods.

The discord is well organized since the mods take time to check every post to make sure everyone follows the same format so it’s easy to browse. They also validate the information stated on the posts to make sure no guild is lying about their progression (like a guild saying they’re CE when only the GM has CE and the rest are just 6 or 7 out of 8).

As long as you’re following the rules and not giving the mods snark and sarcasm when they’re gently telling you to fix your post, they’re a wonderful group of people!

95% of the admins on this discord server are great people who are dedicating their time to help thousands of other players find homes that they can thrive in. Maybe don’t insult them when you think you’re above the very simple rules that help keep the place running smooth as butter.

For everyone else reading this thread: Join the discord, and find a place to call home with one of the many guilds that post.

It’s Barrizzle#11100, it’s been months since my Discord (Barrizzle) got banned for a repeat-banned user who made up account after account to join guilds reported me using doctored pictures after I deleted her for refusing to use her help to move gold over characters before cross-realm trading was introduced. It’s been months and I would love the chance to use the discord again.
