Tell me again what exactly the risk in deleting your key? For high end groups, there was basically no downside to deleting a bad keystone and re-rolling it.
I personally don’t think that the change is good, but pretending like it was intended “strategy” is a joke.
Blizzard obviously doesn’t want people to completely avoid certain dungeons (which was essentially happening when you could delete your keystones).
Arguments for balancing the dungeons so some aren’t completely garbage/overtuned is fine. But don’t pretend like the keystone change is a surprise.
