To be fair, every large company everywhere has had MASSIVE failings due to some form of hacking. You can’t provide 100% protection these days.

You are correct, he likely bought the time on the devices and the software. It is sort of like taking a Louisville Slugger to a window that you bought. No challenge, just brute force and a paid for toy to do it with.

As a player we dont understand. We use our time which we have payed for. I understand patience well enough but this is ridiculous. What is my time with as I fight to stay on a server. You persons working are paid but we arent so asking for patience and understanding is alot. Some of us only have a few hours a day for games . How will this be rectified to the players who have lost items gold and such to the deaths of our characters. If a person can brute force slam your servers with logins whose orginal one did they use . Is our accounts safe?

the color reflects active population I think. I’m still able to log in, but I usually get booted after 5 minutes or so
