I’m not planning on running a mythic guild. Most guilds now and historically haven’t been mythic guilds. In fact, I’d guess that the overwhelming majority of guilds since the start of the game have been badly run and didn’t last long.
So where would that leave a player who just wanted to play the game? They’d probably end up as a solo player who avoids guilds like the plague after a few bad experiences.
Then you, are part of why they decided to axe masterloot and why they should never bring it back. Because that should never happen. Everyone effort and time is equally valuable.
You could also be a redundant component in a topic that is more complex than it may seem. Not a problem or a solution, but more like a robot that is programmed to turn itself off.
People don’t get this. I was the RL and loot master for my guild in Legion and I was the last one to get my set bonus in Nighthold. The majority of guilds worked this way during that time. I would much rather give up every piece of loot that ever drops if it meant I didn’t have to lose players to burnout.
