Pretty sure the top horde guild has all the mats on alliance too. That’s what all the lopsided servers are doing.

I think its just fair for the people that has been true to the server since day one .

If you are making the case that it would be challenging to transfer to a dead server now and get a guild to give you Broodlord head when it comes available… then okay, sure. But you should be ABLE to begin the questline during the 90-day period.

it’s not fair

Okay, zoomer.

not necessarily. it’s a per-capita issue, not a per-layer issue. if realm A has low pop and one layer vs realm B which has two layers but over double the pop of realm A, realm A will have the easier time grinding bugs. notwithstanding layer hopping to avoid pvp shenanigans…which is a whole other ball of wax…

layers are stupid full stop, but if you’re worried about bug grinding being ‘fair’ server to server, low pop vs high pop would be the bigger issue. layers mitigate towards ‘fairness’ in this case.

scarab lord never was and never will be a fair grind.

Or a fun one… it’s like 42k drops at 1-4 drops a kill…

It’s also unfair to hoard resources on a mega server with the intent on screwing over a server that cant compete. This is litterally big Corp va small buisness.

the likelihood of anyone getting this mount/title is astronomically low. what makes the people upset by this even think they have a chance?

Unless you are the chosen receiver from a mega guild that will help you farm the bug parts you will literally not even be a factor in the race. Like you are legit one star out of billions in a solar system. Lol

I’m in the same boat. My guild begged to transfer to a new server because the horde pop was so low, no wpvp, couldn’t recruit more for alt raids, even took 3 hours to pug for a 15 man ZG.

So we transferred; my guild knowing my entire goal for this wow classic experience was to get Scarab Lord. Now I’m basically at the mercy of the War Effort finishing in 2 1/2 weeks so I have a chance at getting Scarab Lord.

Post P5 patch restrictions make so much more sense for those who transferred months ago!

stop kidding yourself lmao

Would creating a new character get around this restriction?

Epic. Toon. Name.

It’s cute how many people are upset they don’t get to be scarab Lord.

If you transferred to play with friends and are afraid you’ll miss it, you were never getting it. This only affects people who are bringing guilds over and have a plan in place to farm it out.
