Realm Transfer Errors / black window in in-game shop

I’ve been trying to Realm transfer my character but nothing happens when I click Purchase. It just turns the shop window into a black screen and nothing happens then eventually my client gets disconnected on its own. Been doing this over and over and always the same result after waiting long. Upon logging back in, no changes at all

Also, check to see if you have any type of overlay running in the game. Sometimes that can cause issues as well. I do believe Discord and Razer sometimes have overlays.
