What’s the reason for such a long window? 4 hours seems high with content that came out last week. Is there that much to the PVP stuff?

My guess is technical maintenance (and the PVP season is just a coincidence) considering the 4-hour window extends to Retail and TBC Anniversary is built on the Retail engine.
