It’s not. Justice point prices are tuned around level 85, where you earn 70 per dungeon boss and 140 for the queue bonus. Level 80 content is now out of date, low level content. It has reduced rewards.
guess it’s not fixed. i still have inquisition showing under cooking. level 85 skills listed first in the ui when i am only level 12

While this method works for some spells, it doesn’t work for all. On my new hunter, for examples, Explosive Shot simply disappeared even though I and specced for it. Noi macro works, no script commands or reloading UIs work. Someone in-game told me to switch to my offspec and back again . . . except I am level 11. So there is no offspec at this point, and therefore no workaround.
You have to reset your talents and then not log off

Professions still messed up here as well. I guess it will be a year before they get this fixed. It was even bugged in beta and they did nothing to fix this mess.

It was tested, unfortunately a lot of the bugs on beta made its way to the PTR, and made its way to live. I was in the beta in the first week and reported a lot of issues, they just have not fixed them.
Seeing the guild chat bug go live along with the missing abilities, needing to dual spec swap to get them back, lack of ability to leave group, and issues with professions is kind of hilarious. At the time I thought there was no way this would make it to live, but yet here we are. At least you can zone back into instances while in ghost form though.

same. and they are core talents for SV makes hunter unplayable as the shot is our focus builder for rotation. it would be ok if we could pull it out of teh tab onto a bar but its stuck there. cobra shot.
