The reason for keeping all the server names intact is because of duplicated character names- there would be thousands of characters requiring name changes and getting very angry.
When someone server changes, they know they risk losing their chosen name, but if Blizz just randomly forces it on them, they gonna be very mad, because some people can get very possessive of their namesā¦

You have threatened me personally with this, Manapaws. A threat which had zero grounding in reality. Iāve seen you in trade chat legitimately tell your little squad to mass report people saying anything remotely negative in the slightest bit about you. This isnāt a single experience either, this is multiple HUNDREDS of people that have complained of you doing stuff like this. Not to mention the screenshot of theā¦sketchyā¦whispers that have made their rounds. I wonāt comment on that one way or another because itās the internet but come on man. Get real.

High/Full pop server is such a relative meaning that we have no idea what is actually equal too. its highly possible that in combining 2 high+ populated servers are put on a much stronger one in general making it possibly run better. high/full is a term that they really decide on number wise. lets see what happens when they make the move. its likely to be a good thing

They have nothing mecca. Caelus spreads this stupid link around that has illegal and digusting chat her and her friend made up and been altered doctored and photoshopped to hell about me. Ive already talked to blizzard GMs about it. I have put numerous reports in her about this for Constant player harrasment Im literally not worried cause i myself know I have done nothing wrong or illegal in game or RL. All they are, are just trolls nothing more nothing less.

For someone who claims to have GM friends, you donāt know much about GMs. And if your GM friends told you something about another player, thanks for telling Blizzard that on the forums so they can look into who your friends are and reprimand them.
I was staying out of this, but if youāre going to lie, make it believable.
I stand by my original statement, please do not link Proudmoore to any other realm Blizzard. I rerolled in Cata specifically to Proudmoore to get onto an LGBT friendly realm because I got sick of the gay jokes, gay bashing, etc. that would be rampant in guilds on Garrosh.
Iām not saying Hyjal is like that, but Proudmoore has spent over a decade making the realm a safe haven for people.
For the record, I wonāt say anything about Manapaws because I donāt want a forum suspension for calling someone out. Thatās the only reason Iām staying out of it.

Iām also going to butt in here to say that honestly, proudmoore has been a relatively super chill, nice place to be in comparison to the 4 or 5 other servers Iāve been on. The only problems I have had were specifically connected to this Manapaws guy and his clique. Itās not even that common, itās just that when it does come up, either via him āthreateningā someone, or him claiming to be the ākingā of a server in a 15 year old MMO, it sparks a wave of people saying heās done it to them too. Truly, Iām super happy to be here and love a ton of folks here dearly. My original message was basically just a āhey, if you want to keep things relaxed, just be careful talking to this particular character.ā Itās just a lot of really weird dramatics I know I personally donāt care much for.
Welcome to the server Hyjal, sorry if you didnāt want to be merged here but itās likely theyāre not reversing their decision so enjoy your stay. If any of the very few alliance players on your server want to be pointed in the direction of cool events or guilds there are a ton of them and aside from the politically charged trolling every server has, trade and LFG are pretty damn cool and laid back here all things considered.

Tal, I dont even have a problem with you nor do i even have a " squad " or " clique " they are just troll followers who like the banter in trade chat ā¦ Having a group of people that i tell to report someone is ILLEGAL and I would never do that. What I will do That a GM has told me to do is have " said friends " report the person IF ITS A LEGIT HARASSMENT and they see it too. Highly unlikely. I find it much more likely the attempt is to just balance out the numbers. Weāve already been told cross-faction play, even local, is not going to be a thing and that Blizzard has no intention on bringing the faction divide down. I donāt see that changing here.
