Really wish Alliance wasnt so dominate in pvp

for me its barley winning if that https://imgur.com/a/YHULJA9

I will restate what I said above. you seem to not factor it in
"I know battlegroup boundaries dont exist anyone but server grouping still somewhat does. Even though you can be paired with any server now your main server group takes priority the majority of the time. "

This is most likely your problem. I use to have toons on Sargaras and kiljaden. My win ratio sucked when I was there. Id win about 30%. Ever since coming the stormrage I experience the opposite. I also have toons on Tich. I mostly win there too

Looks like a lot of your games are epics, I don’t do those at all so our w/l is going to look pretty different. Horde seem to do much better in epics.

yea i mostly do epics a few randoms but mostly epics

What server are your Alliance on? I didnt think there was much to server grouping but Im starting to think there might actually be something to that

Makes sense I see your server in BGs a majority of the time. I see alliance from Moonguard and Frostmourne more than anywhere else. See Dalaran a bit too

Whats your experience as Horde on Area52?

Maybe there is something to this “server grouping” theory. My husband is on Tich as Horde. He claims alliance wipe the floor with Horde in random Bgs there. Yet his Horde on Maybe there is something to this “server grouping” theory

My husband is on Tich as Horde. He claims alliance wipe the floor with Horde in random Bgs there. Yet his Horde on Area52 and Illidan win more than they lose

If you play on Oceanic, you’d be skeptical at anything but that.
To say Alliance losing in pvp, would be laughable.

I once invited a handful of Horde from US to my group (So they’d phase into my server) in BFA, in Uldum — And they got snuffed out so hard they were laughing in shear shock within discord. We had to strategise and use guerrilla tactics to weave our way to 10 alliance kills (We were aiming for the ‘Servant of N’Zoth’ title) then leave group instantly and quickly reform our group to phase back into the US server towards preventing the risk of being snuffed out when we were put upon the “Ah that’s where they’re hiding!” of Alliance’s murder-map.

I mean, the strategising was fun - but man was it also stressful & intense. We certainly didn’t accomplish it all in one attempt, lol

These threads give me whiplash after the last 3 expansions.

Yep. I play overnights and normally go to bed at 1-2pm MT. So I have an OCE playtime. When I enter a BG and see 3 ppl from Frostmourne Im like OK this is a win.

That theory rarely proves to be wrong

For those of you who will ask. You may not have my gold. However this post has proven that if I want to have fun with a game, play another game. Good luck with wow y’all .

Actually I’d say if it’s proven anything it’s that server grouping still somewhat matters even though they’ve broken down the battle group barriers

So instead of griping and hastily just quitting the game you can always test this Theory by making a free level 60 Horde trial toon on sargeras and seeing if your win ratio goes up because that seems to be where Kitanana the alliance void elf that was complaining about their win ratio plays.

Its free to test the theory. This is just my two cents though I think your reason to quit the game is kind of silly and if that seriously all it took to get you to quit the game then you weren’t really having fun to begin with and probably should move on to other avenues.

I’m quite happy with the way the game’s going it’s slightly more even because I tell you I’ve been Alliance for years and back in the day it was a guaranteed loss to even q without a premade as Alliance. It was an act of lunacy. I still think premades are the way to go so if you really want to win in battlegrounds take two to three friends with you and turn the tide of the game

In general Alliance is better but it’s kind of a cointoss at certain hours of the day as to which side has the premade that’ll sweep 95% of the time.

This is 100% the truth right here. There are more than two dozen PVP communities out there that do nothing but pre-mades. Instead of just complaining and griping and irrationally quitting the game for a silly reason; the OP could join one of these communities and do pre-mades with them. Doing so would be pretty much a guaranteed win

I’m sorry a group of random people that aren’t even reading chat half the time are not going to beat 4 to 5 people on voice comms. It’s almost an impossibility unless the unthinkable happens and you wind up versus an extremely good group who all constantly look at the map and read chat with a decent leader on that group calling things out. But at that point even though they didn’t all Q together that’s basically a pre-made

But this is just me being rational and contributing my two cents

Believe it or not what I do is either group up with friends or do Rated Battleground, though it takes awhile to find a group it is actually less stressful than randoms.

What I love about these threads is people reading them, trying to hop on the “bandwagon”, only to find out they still suck. LMAO
