My Vulpera hunter has a hyena pet.
I actually got it just outside of Orgrimmar in the barons.
The new updated models of hyena is super cute and cartoony.

During pandaria I got the Silkworm, which I love but need to be in beast mastery because she’s exotic.
Dragonflight has a cute skunk, Henri Snufftail. And Flowering Crystalspines.
Zereth Mortis has Vombatas.
Legion, on Argus are Marsuuls.
Korthia has cute Gromits.
My latest adorable pet is a hopper from War Within.
Contaminated Rockslime are extremely small, quite cute tamable sea slugs
Petopia is going to be your friend. Also it will show you what special hunter tomes/items you need to tame certain pet families.

Peafowl are really cute, and some of the pets actually make cute sounds when you click on them. Pairs well with a peafowl battle pet.
Skippers (mud skippers added in TWW) are adorable.
Toads are also super cute, with accompanying battle pets.
