The world server at the moment is lagging really bad with latency over 700+
I thought it was my internet but its not and even reset my modem

Since this last update tons of lag, inability to mount or interact with npvs, long time trying to log on, can’t log off… blizz hire some better programmers!

This has been some of the worst lag I have seen in literal years. Wondering if they’re getting it with a DDOS or something. Everything is massively delayed in-game.
Same and I’m just guessing due to all the players, ability animations, zombies, etc.
HOWEVER, BLIZZ, I BOUGHT AND INSTALLED A 1TB SSD THAT YOU SAID I NEEDED AND IT WAS RUNNING WOW ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL UP UNTIL THIS ZOMBIE INVASION. I HOPE THIS ISN’T HOW SHADOW LANDS IS GOING TO END UP WITH LAG, LAG, LAG, AND LONG LOADING SCREENS.

Just want to add that the game has been absurdly laggy all night for me, taking up to a full 30 seconds at times just to open the dialogue from a quest giver. I’ve been doing loremaster stuff in Loch Modan and Wetlands as well, haven’t seen anyone else all night, so it’s not an issue of my zone/shard being overcrowded.
Zyandra, if you see this, unmark the thread as having a solution, because it’s not solved.
Also experiencing crazy bad lag on Zul’jin. I was on Timeless Isle and thought it was just because there’s an insane amount of zombies at the imp event tree, but it’s also really bad in Nazjatar.
Well, now DC’d and can’t even log back in.
Terrible lag on Illidan. Can’t loot or interact with NPCs without lagging out for anywhere from 10sec to a minute while leveling in Draenor zones.
wyrmrest accord also laggy doing quests out in an empty zone. the chat in /g is also very slow to show up for players across north america
There’s also lag in Area 52. Interacting with NPCs, mailboxes, etc, Also in chat.
Thrall huge lag spikes, causing dc’s
I’m having lag issues as well despite latency being fine. Takes place in front of Orgrimmar when the duels generally occur. Don’t have issues in Org or anywhere else that I have noticed. My character is jumpy to other players and I watch other players jump around. I have heard others having a similar issue too.
I wasn’t able to interact with auction house and now I can’t even get past character selection screen without disconnections, nice.
Currently can’t even get past the 80% loading screen before I d/c
I’ve been lagging on and off since last night too. I just got booted a few minutes ago. What’s weird is my latency never changed, and my fps stayed at the normal 90 I have it set at.

15-22k ms spikes only when I join epic bg.
I noticed today while questing in Westfall on an alt the lag was really bad and even taking a flight path from Westfall to Stormwind was a bit laggy almost like it was getting stuck. Turning in quests was a bit difficult too. Even looting certain mobs it was a bit difficult.
