Really 2 months of Prepatch are you nuts?

We’ve been able to do raids and bgs every prepatch and m+ worked fine in bfa prepatch, you’re literally flipping out over nothing, if something is wonky with a raid they will adjust it like they always do.

time will tell only time will tell but history dose like repeat its self at blizzard as you know yourself you are playing classic and posting on one

I actually haven’t played classic in months lol.

And if history repeats itself that means we’ll have no problem doing content in prepatch, so that’s good.

What would this accomplish ?

im hoping for a legion prepatch then because if its not then 2 months of boring content bfa prepatch was why even add it in and prepatch all im driving at

Sounds like you don’t do well with change.

Come on down from your soap box you old codger. Blizzard wants their expansion to launch in a workable, bug free state and needs the time to sort things out.

Would you rather the Prepatch be delayed instead? At least you’ll have the zombie event and your new spells and abilities to play around with and get used to prior to SL!

I mean, it’s only systems changes until a few weeks before they launch the expansion

You’re just going to play bfa with sl systems. Which is great honestly, specially if you play one of the majorly changed specs

I have slight hope I can get into beta, however prepatch is gonna be leveling, and sorting toons after the squish.

Need lots of time for them to fix the incoming bugs during the pesudo beta incoming pre patch.

JMHO, but I do want a better launch than wod; legion; bfa etc.

Now know this post at least all meaningful conversations going on here now that Emperor palpatine has shown up.

So 2 months off nothing? Sounds so much better, right?

I’m only posting to say that I liked your post.

A) Complain about (possibly) 2 months of pre-patch.
B) Complain about (possibly) 1+ months of no new content followed by a brief pre-patch.
What’s that old saying? You can’t please everyone?

Agree. I think they should have moved the pre-patch back. It’s pretty weird as it is.

As long a corruption goes away, it will be better than the last 6 months of BFA

Not really pre-patch though. It’s “pre-patch”.

Nope, don’t care what you think. This pre-patch needs to get here. I need something new to do…

Well I think we as players have a hard time figuring out what “more time needed” looks like for Blizzard. The release date was the 27th and my own personal feeling is that 2-3 weeks doesn’t allot enough time to fix anything major and with a 13th pre-patch date that means that even if the game drops on the last Tuesday of November (which is a month of delay) that’s 1.5 months worth of pre-patch.

If we assume that they will launch it this year (as they said they will push it back to later this year) the cap is 3 months (~11 weeks technically) before it could go live while being launched in 2020. All in all a 2 month pre-patch estimation seems rather reasonable. My guess is early December simply because I don’t think they’ll release it super close to Christmas.

People are desperate for something new, so releasing the prepatch on the 13th is the right call
