I have and is the 1 most glaring example of a boss that needed a Wa this expansion, but I wouldnt say it was harder than halondrus or Anduin by any means.
And I did progress on that boss fyi, this is just my alt.

You can do it, nobody is saying that it’ll be removed, Flex can be allowed after HoF when the good players already reached it first.
Changing it to be Flex doesn’t mean it’ll be easier, it could be harder too.

See I would disagree. I think mythic Halondrus was a lot easier even with the bomb timings than the hearts were.

by nature, changing it to flex would mean the fight design would have to be more simple.
you couldn’t design a fight that required two warlocks. you couldn’t design a fight that required a certain number of immunities, etc. additionally, there would simply be a number that was ideal due to mechanic scaling. everyone would just run that number.
if I’m being honest - flex mythic would make my life so much easier recruitment-wise. but, I don’t think it would be good for raiding.

You’re completely missing the point of mythic.
All flex will do is have groups find the perfect flex point and only take xyz number of people for that boss.
Heroic sylvanus pugs is a prime example of that

Yeah, I already mentioned that but not everyone push raids that way because N/H being Flex.
Blizzard commited the mistake to allow Flex N/ H when Mythic was introduced, all raids should had been flex or all 20 man since that change but now its being an issue for players, because this is a common topic discussed in the forums, RWF raiders, interviews and it’ll continue, until there’s an eventual change to raiding.
