Boomers with all the time in the world to play the game, making half a million a year if not more, siding with gatekeeping basement dwellers. D and D would love to hire them.

I sure hope they do get questioned non stop. But even more important, i hope every excuse they use is shot down just like what happens here in the forums as soon as they say anything like social experience, they get called out big time. The only thing that removing rdf did was make more ppl afk on a fp ride. Thats it. Anything else has been proven to be bs.

So let me get this straight, you want the game to cow to your needs and be the exact way you want it to be and you’re not acting selfish at all? Classic is classic this is the only official way to get this game RDF wasn’t added in till the end of wrath and it was a very contentious change. The worst thing about it and people like you is the spite as if our opinion is so wrong the devs themselves agree with it but you can’t help but drag them too

Advertised? Where exactly did you see it advertised? The original expansion?
Original Wrath came out on November 13th, 2008. The original dungeon finder came out on December 9th, 2009. Literally over a year after the expansion was released, which was also when the fourth raid tier was released.
RDF wasn’t advertised as a Wrath feature. It was introduced right in the middle of Wrath as Cataclysm came out almost exactly one year later on December 7th, 2010. And it took so long to release because they were redoing the maps on entire continents.
One side wants players to have a choice. No one who wants rdf wants the lfg channel removed. We’re even fine with the new retail lfg tool remaining in the game. The other side wants players to have no choice. And you call those who want players to have a choice on how they play the game selfish. It’s just more blatant stupidity from the anti-rdfers.

I thought you all have been telling us the lfg tool is working great. If it’s working so well why would almost all people stop using it and switch to rdf? Unless the lfg tool isn’t working for most people and rdf is so much better.

people will always take the easiest route regardless of what is “healthy” or not, and the LFG tool is working great I literally just found a group for heroic HOL at 1:30am in 2m as dps I have a feeling the forum frogs here don’t even give it a chance they just complain because it requires the bare minimum of “”"“work”""""

They might, but that doesn’t prove the easiest route isn’t healthy. More often than not the easiest route is the best route.
We all have feelings that we don’t have data to support. I have a feeling that you’re lying about how well the lfg tool is working for you.

During BlizzCon 2019, they started leaning on pre-submitted questions for panels, and many people speculated that it was because of the whole Hong Kong thing people were all up in arms about.
If they actually feared this would be a problem, I’m guessing they would just take pre-submitted questions they can pick and choose to answer. Also, I somehow doubt that the dungeon finder question will be asked more than once, even if they take live questions. There’s just something about standing in front of a crowd of thousands of people that seems to inspire people not to be tools. 
You probably don’t even realize how crazy this sounds. No one is going to force you to use RDF, but you would force people who want to use it to use a crappy tool instead. Who is the selfish one?
This is WRATH, not Vanilla, not TBC. An “authentic” Wrath experience does not include leaving RDF out of the game.
The middle isn’t the end. And it was no more contentious than flying. Not until the devs claimed it to be.
And a lot of devs also agree RDF is a great addition to the game. I’ll take Pardo’s opinion over Brian who’s the tank Birmingham any day.

Actually I am going to cancel my sub today. Not only because of RDF - it’s just one of the many changes they made to Wrath. I wanted to play an authentic WotLK, not some Frankenstein version they cobbled together. Wintergrasp actually pisses me off more than anything.
I’m done with Blizzard. I felt the same exact way when I dumped the game in WoD. Never returned to retail and I didn’t miss it. Won’t miss this . . . whatever it is, either.
