They don’t warn you. They suspend or ban you. The warning is the EULA and game policies that state no automation may be used. That includes automating skill rotations.
Yes. If caught you will be suspended or banned. Blizzard does not allow automation of rotations/skills.
If you can’t do something with the in-game macro maker, don’t do it with external software.
They have banned people for it before and it would be unwise to think they would not do so again.
They can and have. The tech is not banned. What you DO with the tech in each game is what is at issue. My car can go over 100mph, I still can’t use it to do that in a zone with lower speed limits. It is up to the player to review game rules and use their tech devices within those rules.
