On my level 60 toon, in which I have queued for rated PVP arenas and battlegrounds over the past few weeks, I’ve had multiple instances of logging in and the “Rated” tab below Quick Match is greyed out. The tooltip over it says “This feature becomes available at max level.” The only solution I have found so far is logging out and back in again, which sometimes fixes it, but this has happened 3-4 times in the last week or so with no reasoning as to why.

Yeah I can concur, this still happening late January.
Same, defo an addon that does this, im not sure, i reinstalled wow and it worked, but after copying my old interface, wtf, and cache folder over it happened again, so if anyone knows which addon to stop pls share here! or pls Blizzard, fix this thank you

Anyone happen to figure out which add on might be causing this?.. o. O Unless its a non related add on bug. Either way, fix it fix it fix it. <3
It is the addon author who needs to fix it. Addons are not supported by Blizzard and using them, though OK to do, is at your own risk.
I fixed this issue by deleting a weak aura
