I really like the red and gold look on DH! That pvp set matches well with a lot. Im not sure about the chest piece, but overall 7/10. or 7.5/10
edit: Sorry just saw your request for feedback! Looking at it it I see that it does kind of look draconic! You can mix and match lot of legion gear for a scale like look and it looks like you are heading in that direction. Also the balance of power skin looks great! Might steal that one!

I really like the way you’ve put your mog together, it’s mage-esque with a little touch of druid w/the staff and shaman w/the shoulders. Excellent job, 9/10

Really? I’m tempted to remove it. It feels like it’s a step too far.
That being said, I’ll give yours a 7/10. I really like when you’re driving at, but it seems a little bottom heavy - the chest of choice feels a little plain. Honestly, I would recommend just going shirtless instead.
