We formed Rare simply because we wanted a guild to call our own and we feel that we share enough common interests in World of Warcraft to build a foundation. We want to push mythic content with a short schedule because we enjoy things outside of raiding or have responsibilities that don’t allow us to make a longer commitment. We want a guild community where members are comfortable enjoying things outside of a raid together such as mythic+, pvp or even other games without feeling the need to find a pick up group.
We are looking for players who want to win. Players who strive to be the best, have situational awareness and know how to use a healthpot. Players who know what raiding is, know that wipes are part of it, and are not afraid to admit they made a mistake in order to fix it. If you share similar goals in World of Warcraft then give Rare a shot. The guild may be new but the players aren’t.
In the last 2 ish days, we have gotten so much quality from stormrage and other servers of people willing to transfer to establish and build the community it is fantastic. Just like the post says above, if it’s for you then it really is for you. Send me a message in game even if you have your doubts and let’s talk. The worst is it’s not a good fit. The best is you find a permanent guild that hosts all the content you desire and has the active player base pushing keys doing PvP and getting into mythic for boss kills.

Hi there, I would definitely be interested in joining up. Recently decided to switch to ally/hunter upon returning to 8.3. Looking for a solid group for running higher and higher M+, AOTC, and mythic raiding. Also fool around in PvP every once in a while. Gear doesn’t reflect it, but have raiding experience on my horde lock with AOTC Eternal Pal and getting around 3/8M. Previously raided on mage in TBC, Wotlk, and Legion. Been playing on and off through other xpacs.

in the coming week we aim to fill our roster to at least 20 or close to, many of the members and leaders are 3/12M or more. Group prog should be quick and as painless as possible. Come join the community 
I’m interested in joining a guild! Would this be a good fit for me even though I don’t have experience raiding? I’d really like to gain some, but obviously would want to start normal. If not, then I totally understand, looking to find a really solid group for a long term guild.

Hmmm post has awaken my interest, however I’m a little bit cautious I see a lot of good abstract ideals but a lack of anything tangible besides the hard 6 hours a week raid schedule.
I’m wondering what you endgame for Mythic is not just this tier but the future? Is it to push as far as you can in Mythic each week or is it to eventually try to get CE by use of lock out extentions?
had a slight change in our raid times, same group. same mentality. same goals. looking for specifically a Rsham and just dps. 460+ 45-50k dps.
