I mean use the Bnet app, post on here, in game message, or Authenticator.

Itās actually worse today. Completely unplayable. Iāve never requested a credit but two full days lost now there should be some method of determine compensation foe those of us losing playtime.
Dang ā¦usually if this happens to some I get hit too but not one DC at all to far logged into the gameā¦last night ā¦nothing eitherā¦my DC of late have been from my provider ever so often Comcast drops for like 5 secs and then I get reconnectedā¦
There are some folks who have had DCs for various reasons for quite some time. Then there is an acute issue that started yesterday impacting a large number of people across many servers.
Blizzard is asking for WinMTR data to see if there is something in common in the path impacted folks are taking. They are also looking into other things too. Still no cause listed, just collecting data for troubleshooting.
A few folks in TS seem to think that being in a guild or not might have something to do with it? Something to add to the data collection maybe.
Right.
Thereās no reason to have Twitter to see updates
I get one or two random disconnects nearly every time I play. It has become mildly frustrating especially when it happens while I am in a dungeon
whelp it looks like it is DF zones that are causing the DCing . i logged in several toons in dif zones and had no issues but when i log in one in DF zones DC almost instantly.
I have said that from the beginning when the GM/Dev started using Twitter ā¦that customers shouldnāt have to depend on a 3rd party app or web site to get info about what is happening with the game.
when is this going to be addressed and fixed iām big mad now
Apparently using character unstuck even if youāre not āstuckā might be a fix.
Only once during a good play session, doing timewalking dungeons.
I agree with you on this, 95% of the time. Twitter has an advantage of being on different servers so if Bnet/Blizzard is down, Twitter is still a way to get info to people. It also has a very large user base, compared to forums. An issue with connections/DCs is one where a different medium besides a Blizzard one, can be useful.
I have no public social media at all. We donāt need an account to bookmark the CS Twitter, thankfully.
As for the issue at hand. I am seeing some reports of improvements on the TS forum, but not for everyone yet.
They donāt have to stop on twitter, but they really should be posting on both at a minimum, with their official site having priority.
And the DC still continue. So tiring after a while.
Now hearing DC are back and que are up again to log into the bnetā¦
