Why is everyone so entitled to domination gear?
If you want it go raid. It’s as simple as that.
These gems need to be obtainable in PvP as well.
That, or entirely disabled.

Or access to max level weapons - it’s like they choose ignorance. Vault gear will not make up for the 12-15% power gap from having both the gems and capped items from the end of the raid. And 12-15% is generous - the weapon alone from the final boss is huge gains over anyone who doesn’t raid.
This holds true for a couple weeks, especially at the start of an expansion. Yet it falls off sharply after the first week, and even then a lot of the gear they have now will carry over into the upcoming tier. It’s only super relevant at the start of an expansion when your gearing from square one, after that fact it’s somewhat smooth sailing with just basically getting the same pieces again as you can, and just replacing things here and there from the new raid.
It’s not though, the gems are now tied to character power. And only 1 of 3 of the main endgame modes has access to it.
There’s more complexity to it. PVE gear use to come strictly through raids through 1 raid difficulty and was powerful in tier sets. It got removed, gear watered down in general and even PVE was split off into another mode through M+. Blizz has since showered even casual content with gear. Once you do that you can’t take a step back and expect people not to complain.
I’m a raider and even I can see that the people who don’t raid have legit complaints about the Domination Gear and gem system in 9.1

Yes. The primary endgame. The endgame that actually has to do with the story of the expansion which is where the sockets come from.
So you’re admitting you’re entitled? The raids have always had the best gear. Nothing new here.
Nah they actually don’t.
Why should raiders be the only ones who get powerful gems that give bonuses ? Does lfr give them also ? Are you really considered a raider if you do lfr ? If so how is mythic plus not equatable with raiding ? And why shouldn’t mythic plus at a certain level have these dominating shards ? What about pvp ? Are only 2400 rated going to get them ? Are there no pvprs able to get them ?
There should be zero difference in special items between how you choose to play the game. Only difference should be the item level on gear and mounts , tmogs. Why shouldn’t legendarys be just for raiders then ? If WoW goes down the path of special things just for raiding , well then I’m not helping to suppprt this game . And I’m quite sure many will follow that path .

Only difference should be item level
Doesmt take much skill to raid , only time . Some of us Dont have that luxury .

What are you even talking about lol? Didn’t PvP have the best gear in 9.0? Hence the mass farming of rated BGs early on and early access to 233 weapons + BIS trinkets. It’s not like you have to look that far back.
Snozy consistently only sees the game within their own bubble and bias. they are unable to form empathy for those of us who cannot commit to a raid schedule but wish to remain competitive in our respective game modes. All they care about is being right, their form of content is -the- premiere form of content, our experience be damned. What they fail to realize is it’s not gonna make me or others raid - we’ll just quit the game. I do hope Blizzard doesn’t maintenance mode WoW once it’s lost enough of its players. Like they did HOTS and SC2.

Says someone that’s actually never done higher end raiding.
You clearly don’t even play the game considering you’re under 200ilvl.
I would expect someone to at least have broken 1750 for someone to talk the way you do.
I didn’t get a single item out of the last 4 heroic runs I did on my main and nothing in the 11 mythic kills we did. It’s not like we are showered in raid loot either and we don’t get the option upgrade older tier gear like mythic+ does.
Killed archi on my priest in a top 300 US guild , on my priest pre nerf so yea I’ve been there : time is all it takes if you have it . Priest name is Dagnie .

False. I see it from all points of view as I primarily was a pvper for most of my wow time.
Considering domination sockets are rewarded from the quest line…if you want the gear earn it.
I mean I am right.
Not my fault you prefer a secondary endgame and want gear from the primary.

Nope I know that’s a possibility. I just don’t care. You want to throw a tantrum against the way the game has been designed since it’s release then that’s your choice.
It’s called move to other games
