Also I love that they say the Hardcores are the toxic ones when this guy starts calling people incels and inhuman because he got declined for a key.
You know those threads in any discussion group that start out with āAm I the only one?ā I think you might be. 
(meant to say, people can actually do this if they donāt like RIO.)

I run keys with my friends, so I havenāt had to deal with this problem myself. I do, believe, however that raider IO scores shouldnāt be possible. The ability to important player data from the armory should be entirely dismantled.
Instead, there should be a way to pause a key instead of downgrade it if someone abandons the party so that the key doesnāt get wasted. I donāt care if players will āabuseā it by trying to repeat a dungeon until they get it right. If players want to āpauseā a dungeon key, let them.
With raiderio gone and keys preserved against quitters, players should just take players based on communication and ilvl. Period.

Thereās a good chance people would ask you to link Keystone Master which would probably be even worse than what IO currently is. Imagine getting asked for Keystone Master for a +3, thatād be fun. If you canāt find a group just get a guild or host your own. Thatāll always be the best solution.
The meta one, I donāt remember what itās called anymore, but the one you have to complete all the dungeons at +15 for.
Its not a huge problem so long as you have your own key to throw around.
I think its more of a issue with Classic where you are literally left behind because you didnāt jump on the band wagon when its time was ripe.
Itās a bad idea bashing that add-on here, you get dogpiled you know.

Nah, the armoury exists for a reason. Removing information from other players is a stupid way of fixing the PuG scene.
Keystone Challenger is all +10ās and Keystone Master is all +15ās IIRC.
Also Initiate is +5ās? I think.
I think it would be a good thing tbh. Thereād be some growing pains, but perhaps weād return to a time where we talked to one another and gave each other a chance, rather than judge their person over a number prematurely.

raider io serves its purpose of allowing a group leader to quickly see who they want for their keys so they can fill and move on.
If you are getting declined alot it is likely that you are not the best applicant. I donāt know if the add lists score and highest timed key of the current dungeon or just score as I donāt make dungeon groups and thus its not my problem I just tank for guildies and pugs.
If you allow other people to dictate if you can join their run then you have no right to complain if they remove or decline you for someone else.
Blizzard tried to force esports into games, like they usually do. Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch, this is what you end up with.

I very much doubt this would even remotely happen. Good players will still want to do their dungeons as quick and easy as possible, so they want to find the best players to go with them. If theres no info like rio anymore, there will be other metrics. People will look at achievements, gear might become more important again, people might look at the guild youre in, but it is a very long shot to think you would do interviews with the 20 people who instantly queue up to your key.
And if this restriction would make M+ into too much of a casino, since you dont know who youre going with, people will just stop pugging alltogether.
Yeah, turns out PuGās and guilds have different ways of approaching the same goal.
If you want people to take you to runs cause you got a good personality, PuGās will never be that. PuGās exist to get content done efficiently, which means looking at the character more than the player behind it.

I feel like this addon should be banned. It makes pugging awful.
To be less silly, and Iām genuinely curious, what donāt you like about iO? Iām just looking to listen/read, and not get contrarian or antagonistic.
What are you looking to PuG? If itās on that alliance character, maybe I can help.
Agreed with you until this. Yes, people put way too much value in IO and expect scores far above what should be required for the level of key theyāre running. You can still have fun with WoW outside of m+ though 
Is this your main? Donāt have very well geared alliance toons but depending on what you hope to accomplish I may be able to help sometime.
