This idea is very simple, say you just finished heroic voidspire on your main on Wednesday and you didn’t get any loot. You wish you can have another go at, but as of right now raiders can’t. What if for $9.99 you can remove the lock for the raid and have another go at it again? That would be so cool right.
There will be no other change to the system, all you are doing is buying another extension for $9.99 per raid per character for that week only. So, in this example, on my main I can raid heroic Voidspire twice and and say heroic Dreamrift twice if I choose to.

You are delusional if you think that “stubborn” people who don’t like this idea will come around and get a second job so they can pay $500 a year for a weekly extra chance to get no loot.
All that will happen is speed up the process for gearing our mains after which point, players will have time to gear their alts from raid. If someone doesn’t get anything from the second chance raid and paid $9.99 obviously, so what? people play lotto all the time and lose all the time and they don’t throw a fit. Instead they go buy another ticket which what will happen here. with the raids.
