I have been into firelands multiple times, solo and with additional party members. In phase 3 of the Ragnaros encounter, he is supposed to cast living meteor (which is required for the Ragnar-Os achievement. He does not cast this.
Please advise.
I had this same problem as well
im also having this issue as of 6.11.2022 is there any update as to why the meteors dont spawn?
