Good morning,
I was running time walking today and LFR Raz with no issues. I stepped into a HOV +12 mythic keystone and all of a sudden, despite being specked into rage of the sleeper it is unavailable for use, it also doesn’t show in my abilities book, but it still shows as a selected talent in my talent build.
I’ve tried removing and re-adding the talent, I’ve removed from my bars and added it back, and it just doesn’t work. I’ve shifted in and out of bear form with no success and the ability just seems to be locked and unable to be used.
Solution: I was doing the legion artifact quest. Apparently if you equip the legion artifact weapons with rage of the sleeper, it will deactivate your talent. So this bug occurs when you equip this weapon. Despite removing the artifact the bug remained
