Its kind of weird to me, to be honest.
So, Dark Irons have their mole machines, which makes perfect sense for them. Yet Void Elves, who’s call to fame is Void Rifts, aren’t the ones with the racial to go to random parts of the world? A Void Elf opening a Void Rift would make sense. Not very useful in a fight, but Entropic Embrace and Preternatural Calm are both pretty fantastic combat racials as is.
Id trade it in for that in a heartbeat.
Heck, id trade it in just for a portal back to telogrus if it had a cool voidy animation.
But hey, spacial rift now looks cool and might be used more than twice a year haha
So overall im happy enough 
I feel like spatial rift is one of those racials that is good but just requires planning. You can use it avoid knockback, get past enemies(especially with the increased range now + mind soothe if priest). And the implications in PvP are where the racial really shines. Not only that but they’re immune to cast knockback
I would like to see pandaren’s Epicurean racial get buffed to
“Your love of food allows you to receive 100% more of the stats from Well Fed effects, and your Well Fed effects now persist through death.”
Also I think Quaking Palm should be updated as it is quite niche / borderline useless in PvE.
What if it was also a soothe?
Or it could put a “drowsy” debuff on the target that makes it deal less damage / take more damage or whatever you fancy
For a 2min cd combat racial that only affects one target in melee range, it’s pretty weak right now!
