That’s exactly the conclusion I came to when I saw racials being buffed by talents.
I kind of think, if they originally intended to have class/race amalgamation, and then changed their minds, they should have remembered the talent tree (and conduits I guess but who cares about them). If they just forgot, then it’s an oversight.
If it’s not an oversight, I don’t think dracthyr warriors/mages/anything are ever happening.
