Do Race Changes work as a token now like Faction Changes? I would like to bank a Race Change while they’re on sale for my future HMT Rogue.
I don’t think so.
I tried to purchase one in-game as a test and it forces you to pick a character on the server you’re logged into.
Edit to add: It seems that this and the guild services are the only non-token game services, all others are token-based.
