Purchased a race change earlier today using blizzard balance. Payment status says Completed and the balance has been adjusted. However the race change button that would normally show up next to your character on character select screen isn’t showing. I’ve relogged many times, as well as exiting bnet, deleting cache. Pretty much everything.
Give it some time digital purchases can take up 2 72hrs to process.
This one looks a bit odd, I’d pop in a ticket on it, Cleanx. May be a region issue, a GM can look into it.
