Race and Faction change broken?

Keep getting “Zounds! An internal error has occurred. Try again later. If you see this message repeatedly let us know”

Which step in the process is this showing up? Meaning, how far do you get before you see that message?

Well, these are getting as far as the order system itself, I can see them - but they are failing.

What I cannot see is why they failed.

Might want to reach out to billing to see if they can see a reason code.
