I love my Guardian Druid!! But that’s because I run around in CM set from my MoP healing days and the Werebear claws from Legion and “earn” my gear from Warfronts and world bosses. Then I go farm old raids for mounts. As long as I don’t attempt to do relevant or current content like raids and mythic plus, I have a blast!!

chuckles Pretty much this.

Bears aren’t dead and gone. They’re just not spectacular at some content. Doesn’t mean they can’t run other content or be great for casuals.

I retired after I did the mage tower. Top of the mountain and I reached it before the artifact super boost.

they’re pretty underwhelming right now. it’s disappointing.

I’ve mained a bear since BC, so I’ll stick with it, I just… hope they change something.

Not if the reason is the spec just being plain miserable to play. If they’re not being taken because they don’t perform as well as others that’s more understandable.

I honestly think they’re not showing up at raids because noone wants to play one, not because noone wants to bring one.

Howevvver weren’t they like THE tank in legion? I think they were, I know it sucks to have your class all out of wake, hope blizzard knows

I never played one but that definitely seems to be the consensus. It does indeed suck that Blizzard seems to like balancing things this way.

Poor bears. I’m sure they’d take being mediocre in Legion to being beyond bad in BfA.

did you even play legion? druids were only good for the end tier of NH, then took a backseat till the end of the expansion when just about every tank was steamrolling

Been saying that since they mucked it all up in pre patch to mists of pandaria;Cata was the best point for my bear when it made sense.

Druids can spec into tank? Huh. Thought they removed that in BfA.

I got that appearance mostly for completionist purposes and don’t really ever play Guardian but I feel for those that love that spec because it’s pretty bad now :disappointed_relieved:

Yeah, and most of the reasons why were part of legendaries and artifact traits that got removed. Current bear is basically half a spec.
