Because of other players, not me.
But I’m also a big proponent of solo content. This raiding nonsense is too much.
“Download WA or you’ll suck?” Nah man, in 25+ years I’ve never heard that nonsense.

“I’ve cleared everything”
Also you: a single AoTC which was Uldir and 0 CE.
Lmfao.
Clearly super easy game. Go on, if its always other players than post on your raiding toon so we can see them 99 parses
Raiding is about synchronization (well, WOW content really.) For the best solo has to offer, might I suggest Diablo 3 or a roguelike?
There is no “forced” group content. You can choose to do the group stuff if you want the best gear, but there are many of us who choose to NOT do the group content. We are NOT being forced to do anything in the game. As long as I have gear that allows me to survive in the open world and have fun doing it, I’m a happy player.
You had a bad experience. Try again. Don’t give up so easily.
Highest heat run completed in Hades is 13 or something for me with Adamant rail on hell mode. Still soooooooo far to go. Play it on and off, and a sequel is coming out too!
Oh yes, I totally forgot about the WoW GD trolls who literally go search an alt account (super creepy btw) and look HARD for the info to help their argument.
Does your ex have a restraining order against you for stalking too or is this a new thing for you?
Gross. Stop assuming things and definitely stop creeping. Just wow.
And I’m sure you’re a world first raider on your main account.
That’s fair, you’ve also never heard of AotC or CE.
No one is forcing you to group or do anything else.
I would say the vast majority of people paying for subscriptions never join a group larger than a 5-man.
You have so much freedom, so many choices, and if you don’t see that then I don’t know what to tell you, you must just want to feel bad.
It’s OK to get tired of the game. Give it a break and come back when you have enthusiasm for it again. Or don’t. So much freedom!!!
Creeping? You’re making bold statements while posting on an alt trying to hide, you don’t even have your profile hidden so it’s quite literally a single button press lmfao.
But hey, love that you try to take personal shots at me instead of posting on your main to backup what you’re claiming. I’ll put money you’re a grey parser who’s big mad that they were sat because they kept dying.
PS: X to doubt this is an “alt account” with 17k achievement points, fun fact unless you disable it your achievements show on all characters lmao
In this game? No. In about 12-15 other games? Close (or yes). Stop assuming you know who you are addressing. I’ve been a top-tier raider before and just bc I’m in my 40s now doesn’t mean I have no idea what I’m saying, nor does it discount my prior accomplishments or raid experience.
Right… cause you mentioned stuff like Lost Ark, is that the king of expletive mountain.
Bro 18 years of playing and I only have 18k achievement points.
My main has 33k. Keep trying.
My 22-year-old daughter uses this one now. jfc lol
No one is saying you have no idea because you’re in your 40s.
I’m in my 40s.
We’re saying you have no idea because you have no idea. You lack experience. You’ve obviously never even done Heroic level raiding in WoW, no AotCs, much less understand the mechanic creep that has happened over the last 3 expansions alone.
People get annoyed with this for two reasons:
Whether an argument has merit has nothing to do with who is making it. This is a common logical fallacy - the appeal to authority" fallacy. It’s a technique used by people who have nothing intelligent to contribute.
It’s definitely stalker behavior, and it’s definitely creepy. If you don’t know this, then you have a long journey back to humanity.
Cheers!
You’re the kind of guy who’d listen to a plumber about medical advice.
“it’s not the person making it!”.
Of course it is. Some arguments can only be made from experience and knowledge. If you lack both of those, your argument will be nonsensical.
If they claim X is easy, they should have achievements to back it up.
that’s sometimes true, but not always, and not in this case.
if you’re going to rail against top-end raiding without having top-end experience, your arguments don’t hold much water.
What’s your process for finding a guild? Guild Finder isn’t the way. I have a posting for it, but only to direct people to my website.
If you’re not having at least a voice conversation with an officer or above for the guild, it’s not worth joining imo.
additionally, be cautious of joining a guild that can’t field a roster and has to pug.
