The only community that I’ve seen all expansion during the day is RR and it’s minor numbers. Like 5-10 people.
All of the main leaders work during the day and don’t get home till late evening.
I’m not 100% certain about other communities but I never see the other communities during normal working hours.
There’s plenty of valid reasons why they wouldn’t be on during days because they’re normal people trying to survive, that don’t involve weird insinuations that they aren’t playing beta.
It also doesn’t matter who gives feedback because Blizzard isn’t going to redesign the entire bg this late into the beta cycle when there’s class/pve balancing to work on and raid/m+ testing.
Yeah they picked a bad time to test it.
However there’s no reason it can’t be queued for during the weekend or at night.
Is there a reason epic premade communities don’t organize a player ran test of the new epic BG?
Well it might be too late now. They ran their test and got their feedback. I did what I could as did a lot of other people who were there but sadly I think you’re right.
But uhh, these communities represent thousands of players across them all, if they actually got off their butts and organized a test and left feedback for Blizzard, they would listen.
Ironically the PUG players they so often insult were the ones trying to fix the new BG.
In fact, you know what?
I challenge every queue sync community leader to leave some feedback on the original post I just linked. Anything, anything at all. Even if it’s bad feedback.
Read through the whole thread so you understand the context, and then let your opinions be known. You’re community leaders, start acting like it and help stop Slayer’s Rise from being DOA come Midnight. Stop relying on PUGs to do the work for you.
Step up for once.
We already know these guys don’t actually care about pvp lol they just want to be able to sync their groups smash pugs then pat themselves on the back and claim they are the “best at epics”.
They are super easy. Seems to be about as strong as you’d expect from a normal quest mob and they often come in packs of 2-4, so that’s 10-20 reinforcements worth.
They also seemed to be all over the map so there’s no feasible way to defend them.
It also doesn’t help Blizzard has released no overview of Slayer’s Rise to show how it works. Like for example nobody knows how bases affect reinforcements, if they do at all.
It’s possible this isn’t as big of a deal as I think it is but I am trying to sound the alarm bell because I want this new map to actually be good.
Every time when I look up their AV achievements they either are missing really basic ones like take 50 towers, or they got them within the past few years despite having PvPed for the last 17 years that it’s been tracked for.
They don’t even know how to play the maps solo, they just get carried by their premades. They’ve probably never had to make a strategic decision in an epic in their life.
Add me on battlenet. I can guarantee you, every single match that you enter with me will be the opposite of that. In fact, do you want a Blitz teammate?
So, it looks like it’s quickly turning into farm the other teams graveyard again or every team is a premade. /sigh. fun while it lasted I guess. Goodbye wow i’ll check in some other time. Nothing enjoyable about gear disparity, farming the graveyard or meta classes one shotting everything.
I mean, if its a premade vs all pugs, it will def be a GY stomp farm in 9.5/10 times, and premades are very notorious right now from maybe 6 or 7pm EST to probably 6am
